Two Week Meal Plan

We did a semi-large shopping trip this week, getting many of our pantry staples stocked up. Will need to stock up on perishables but I know I can do that on less than $50.

Monday – Pasta with Pesto and Scallop with Zucchini
Tuesday – Berta’s Birthday dinner at Koto’s
Wednesday – Salmon with Yogurt Sauce
Thursday – Teriyaki Steak and Spinach & Seasonal Fruit
Friday – Creamy Spinach Tortellini
Saturday – Quinoa Tabbouleh
Sunday – Meatloaf
Monday – Beer-Boiled Shrimp
Tuesday – Chicken Caesar Salad
Wednesday – Taco Skillet
Thursday – Leftover night
Friday – Spaghetti/Pasta night
