Not much to report

Worked until 6. Had McDs… I know, but I needed crap food. LOL

Watched a few episodes of Series 2 of Torchwood and drugged myself to sleep (a Benadryl & 3 mg of melatonin). Slept soundly until 4:00 and then pretended to be asleep until 6:45.

Exciting, huh?

Today’s Smoothie
– 2oz Goji Juice
– 2T Coconut Oil
– 1/3c Vanilla Yogurt
– 2 handfuls Baby Spinach
– 6 frozen dark cherries
– 6 frozen pineapple chunks
– 10 frozen mango chunks
– half a medium green bell pepper

I am really surprised at how overpowering the green pepper was.  Not sure I will add them to smoothies again.  There was a flavor that I associate with peppers that are left out too long at a salad bar.  The smoothie isn’t bad, but the aftertaste is just off… Despite thoroughly enjoying snacking on the other half of the pepper.
