Whoopie Pie Notes

1. You do not own a bowl big enough to make a double batch. Do batches one at a time, next attempt.

2. Use a bigger scoop next time, you are going to get more than 2 dozen pies.

3. Make sure you know where all 4 of you baking sheets are before you start. (I can only find 3 and the cookies need to compltetely cool before being removed from pan.)

4. Homemade puree = longer baking time (wetter).

5. Double cream cheee, make a less sweet more cream cheesy filling (need another 8oz of cream cheese for Saturday’s set – batter in fridge).
