Blessed Samhain!

The veil between the worlds is thin.
The gates of life and death are open.
Darkness bids.  Enter in
The mystery which can’t be spoken.

Karina.  Samhain 1995

We are going to take our little pirate, yes last minute change from ghost, to Crystal Mall for Mall-o-ween. Then we will probably hit a few friends and family with the swash buckler.

Rob has promised to sit outside of Best Buy on Black Friday to get me a lap top. He’s planning on getting there at some insane time like 2AM. Anyone want to keep him company so I don’t feel like a total loser?

We’ve decided to buck up and replace the Imp, probably next month before snow flies. We just don’t have the mechanical know how to pamper her properly. We are pretty settled on a 3 door Yaris (Toyota) to replace her. Don’t know if we are going to trade her in for a couple hundred or sell her dirt cheap to someone who can fix her up. She runs great, except when it’s wet. Don’t know why and the last time she was in the shop I just wanted to shoot the mechanic, because he as idiot.

It’s official, gonna do NaNoWriMo. Will be using LJ (locked entries) to make it portable. But will be doing most of my writing on Sundays and the Friday after Thanksgiving.

  2. Yay for NaNoWriMo! Welcome! And if you’re at all interested, some of us congregate at this time of the year.
