Food poisoning. Ugh. It came on fast and hard while we were out shopping this weekend. Think it was bad catfish the only thing Rob and Ryne didn’t have at that meal.

I am over the umm… intestinal/tummy issues. Now just dealing with the fever (hasn’t gotten below a 100 yet without help) and body aches. I mean everything aches including my teeth. Waiting for the bus was rough with the breeze hitting my joints. Going to make some chicken broth and go back to bed. Hopefully I feel better soon. I hate missing work. It’s rough on everyone.

  1. ginger tea or some ginger ale will help the tummy…
    …better yet, make ginger tea by shaving some real ginger root and steep it in a cup for 10 mins.
